Curieuse is a small granite island 2.9 kilometres from Praslin with a very unique biodiversity. Curieuse Marine National Park is a sanctuary to a big variety of flora and fauna. On the southern part of the island is a mangrove swamp that is traversed by a walkway for park visitors.

The island is also known for coco de mer palms, giant takamaka trees, giant land tortoise and several bird species, such as the rare Seychelles black parrot.

Situated 6km northeast of neighbouring La Digue and in close proximity to Félicité and to Ile Cocos, Grand Soeur and Petite Soeur islands are a popular venue for excursions on account of their spectacular ocean panoramas and the excellent opportunities they offer for trekking and picnicking.

These islands are also famous for snorkelling and diving in waters where the marine life is prolific. The hotel Château de Feuilles on Praslin manages the islands.

The name ‘Aride’ first appears on nautical charts after French voyages of exploration in 1770 and 1771. Aride Island is the northernmost granitic island in the Seychelles archipelago (Bird Island is the northernmost Seychelles island overall).

A nature reserve, it is leased and managed by the Island Conservation Society of Seychelles.

La Digue is an island in the Seychelles, in the Indian Ocean off East Africa. It’s known for its beaches, like Anse Source d’Argent, dotted with granite boulders, on the west coast. To the south, isolated Anse Bonnet Carré Beach, with calm, shallow water, is accessible only on foot, as is Anse Cocos Beach, in a protected bay on the east coast.

La Digue’s diverse wildlife can be seen in the Veuve Nature Reserve.

Cousin Island Special Reserve is home to some of Seychelles rarest endemic birds and it’s a real birdwatcher’s paradise. It’s also a nesting site for hawksbill turtles.

This beautiful nature reserve and pristine ecosystem plays host to some of Seychelles rarest birds and other endemic species. Experienced guides will share all the secrets of this magical island with you.

Cocos Islands, also called Ile Aux Cocos, are a group of small islets in the Seychelles archipelago. They can be found 7 km north of La Digue and lies in close proximity to La Digue's other neighbours, Félicité Island and the Sisters Islands.

Around this idyllic islet you can swim amid turtles and hundreds of fish above a wealth of coral. Lovers of snorkelling should not leave the archipelago without exploring this exceptional spot.

At the end of the road on the north west coast, over a jungle clad hill lies Anse Lazio, possibly the most beautiful beach you will set eyes upon. With half a mile of perfect, fine white sands and gorgeous turquoise waters that are so clear you can watch the fish swim around you.

It's no surprise Anse Lazio is frequently called 'the best beach in the world'. The beach was recently graded as the 6th best beach in world  on TripAdvisor website.

St. Pierre Island is a raised reef island west of Providence Atoll and part of Farquhar Group, which belongs to the Outer Islands of the Seychelles. It has a distance of 736 km southwest of the capital, Victoria, on Mahé Island.

St. Pierre is a tiny granite islet with a handful of coconut palm trees. St. Pierre is considered as one of Seychelles best snorkelling locations. You will see a wide variety of colourful fish and sea turtles.

Félicité Island is a small heavy forested granitic island 4 kilometres (2 mi) east of La Digue in the Seychelles. It is the fifth largest island in the Seychelles archipelago, measuring 2.68 square kilometres (1.03 sq mi).

Up until the 1970s it was a coconut plantation that had a population of about 50. In the late 19th century, Félicité was home to Sultan Abdullah of Perak, who was exiled here by the British.

Anse Georgette is often described as one of the two most beautiful beaches on Praslin, the other being Anse Lazio. The incredible mix of gorgeous turquoise ocean water, pristine white sand, and incredible palm trees make for a truly jaw-dropping beach.

Anse Georgette is one of the few real ‘untouched’ beaches in the Seychelles, offering natural, astounding beauty.  A real must-see for any Seychelles holidaymaker.
